For example, if you sell Book products, then your category might be Academic, Fiction, etc. Sub-Category: A subordinate category or a division of a category of products you sell. For example, if you sell Book products, then your category might be Academic then your sub-category may be Medical, Law, etc.
Can my Products have Color & Size Varients?
Indeed yes, you can! With Kitecommerce you get all the features required setup and an online store.
What is Theme ?
By using the theme you can change the look of your store.
What is Page ?
In the page section, you can customize your store means you can add new pages and modify existing pages
Who are the customers?
The persons who registered with your shop are the customers to your shop. After registration whenever they will make order then they no need to fill all the details as - Contact Details, Address, etc. These details will already be saved at the time of registration.
What is Shop Feedback?
Feedback feature of Kitecommerce customers can give the feedback form the shop that will be very helpful to you. On the home page of your shop customer can see the Feedback.png button.
How Do Customers pay on my store?
Customers can pay on your store using one of the following cards domestic net banking accounts, All major debit cards or by paying cash on delivery.
What do i get when i purchase website store ?
For Website store we handover every login details like admin panel, Cpanel, webmail panel(for email accounts login), chat admin login, a video tutorial for category & product upload, instruction guide for Customise/Manage from admin panel.
What if i already have domain & hosting, do i get discount ?
No. We don't offer a discount.
Can I manage store of my own if i do not know coding knowledge?
Yes, we have developed a complete dynamic store, which means you can manage almost everything from admin panel like, website color change, logo, banner, font, style, slideshow banner, menu, products, category & more others.

Can I cancel my order ?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your Payment. Once the design is sent and approved, you cannot cancel the order.
Our staff doesn't know, How to manage eCommerce ?
We are happy to help you. Whether you purchase a Monthly OR Lifetime plan, we will train your staff on how to manage eCommerce portal. We will guide them online.

Returns Questions
What is the solution of sending back too many Returns?
We are providing you a 24 Days Return Policy. In that policy, we mention that if u want to return any product then first you want to upload a video of package opening it will reduce your returns.
Ordering Questions
CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
It is okay to change your mind. You shall have the right to cancel your order any time prior to your receipt of Dispatch E-mail/SMS (Order In-Transit stage) without any liability.
ARE THERE ANY CANCELLATION CHARGES?
Cancellations made before your delivery is in-transit are free of any charge. Any cancellation after receipt of Dispatch E-mail/SMS (Order In-Transit stage) shall be subject to reimbursement of a 10% charge of total invoice value (“Cancellation Charges”)
How can I ship/ deliver my product orders?
There are many logistics vendors who provide product shipment services (generally referred to as courier providers). Kitecommerce is technically integrated with all the major eCommerce logistics providers. This means that you and your customers can track and manage his/ her consignment from within your eCommerce store. Shipping prices from these providers are not standard. Shopping price depends on the product you are shipping, the weight, dimensions, source location, and destination location. Once your store is set up, we can connect you with multiple logistics providers to get quotes for your shipping needs. You can choose the one that suits your needs and integrate them with your store.
What are Product Reviews?
By Product Review feature customer can give the reviews for products on the product page
What is Track Inventory?
The track inventory option enables the store's owner to monitor the stock level of the products. With this option, the store's owner can plan purchases intelligently and quickly understand the fast-moving items which need to be reordered as well they can take extra care towards (promotion) slow-moving items. Note: If checked, then the stock will automatically reduce when an order is placed and is in PROCESSING. Also, the stock will increase if an order is CANCELLED, REJECTED or RETURNED
How to add Product Notifications?
You also can add the customer’s mail id manually for notifying him for product availability.
Why Amazon Vendor Blocked?
If you send the product after 2 days of order. To Delivery Company then you will be Blocked in amazon as per term and condition. Here you have your own website so you can manage it easily.
Are there any Cancellation Charges ?
Yes, there will be 10% Cancellation Charges if Cancelled within 48 Hours.
Can I track my order ?
Yes. Once you book your desired plan, you can track your plan service status from your Dashboard section. you have to log in on the website, click on "My Orders" and then click on "View Order". You will see where your project is.
